I have an upcoming trip to Paris, France this holiday Season. I will be traveling there with my Girlfriend. It will be her first trip to Paris, as well as Europe. Even her first trip crossing the Atlantic Ocean. I am excited to show her Europe and spend New Years in Paris. This will be my first trip to Europe for the Winter Holidays and only my 3rd trip ever during the colder season. I can’t wait to experience the joy of the holidays in the streets of Paris! Right after New Years we will be heading to Disneyland Paris for a couple of days.
I am a much more frequent traveler and will have to remind myself to slow down and remember that it will be her first time in Europe! Her first long flight and first time adapting to a major time change. To put it into perspective this will be my 4th trip to Europe this year, my 4th time to Paris, 3rd time to France this year and my 2nd time to Paris this year. I’m used to rushing through airports and I am so familiar with the customs process that I don’t even blink. I am also used to traveling solo. This will be my first time traveling with my Girlfriend. One thing I did to set her up for a more effortless trip was to have her get TSA PreCheck and Global Entry
We’ve booked multiple hotels for this trip. We will be staying really close to the Eiffel tower for New Years which will be a real treat! Then we will make our way down to Disneyland Paris before making our way back to Paris. I am excited to be staying in downtown Paris by the Eiffel Tower. When I’ve stayed in Paris before I’ve always stayed more towards the business district or the Arc De Triomphe. The one time I stayed near the Eiffel tower it was for one night and was in a small cramped accommodation.
I hope you will come back and see what we experience on our trip to Paris for the Holidays!
